Join us for a transformative 6-week journey designed to tap into the vibrant energy of summer and reconnect with your body’s natural sense of aliveness. Through somatic movement, mindful breathwork, and neuroplasticity-based practices, you will rediscover fluidity, release tension, and create new pathways for feeling fully present and alive.

What to Expect:  All levels of ability.

Join us for a transformative 7-week journey through the chakras, where each slow flow class is thoughtfully designed to balance and activate one of the body’s energy centers. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided introspection, you’ll explore the subtle body from root to crown—building strength, enhancing flexibility, and cultivating deeper awareness. This series is perfect for all levels, offering a grounding and uplifting practice each week to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and energy flow.

A mindful yet challenging yoga class that blends the fluidity of vinyasa flow with targeted strength exercises. Designed for a slow, intentional burn, this class focuses on building muscular endurance, core stability, and mental resilience. By moving with control and breath, participants will develop both physical strength and a deeper connection to their bodies. Perfect for yogis seeking to balance strength training with the grace of yoga, this class is accessible yet empowering for all levels.

Every other Tuesday night, drop into a restorative sound experience designed to melt tension, soothe your nervous system, and realign your energy. Through a curated journey of crystal bowls, gentle frequency shifts, and spacious stillness, you’ll end your day feeling grounded, clear, and connected.

Think of it as a midweek reset—soulful, spacious, and deeply renewing.

Conscious Breathwork

Fridays, 7/18 and 8/15

Conscious Breathwork is a means of inducing an altered state of awareness through full and connected breathing. Energy is activated in the body, and as the energy disperses, it serves to release, or to cleanse blockages, both physical and emotional. Possible experiences include; resolution and release of current problems, unresolved childhood wounds, birth memories, and stored trauma in the body.

The process is gentle, safe, and almost every person will have a deep moving experience. As an added benefit, Breathwork is quite healthy for the body. You will be conscious the whole time and totally in control. Please come prepared for immediate growth and a powerful experience.

***NOTE: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and pillow. It's preferable not to eat for an hour prior. We will provide eye masks or you can bring your own.

Sanctuary Sound - Spirit Vision

Mark Biehl presents a dynamic and compelling sound journey to release, inspire, and deeply restore body, mind, and spirit. Featuring Chiron planetary gong, Shamanic drumming, and Himalayan Jambati singing bowls, Spirit Sound Vision will guide you through an essential cleansing, visionary, and restorative experience.

Spirit Sound Vision begins with an immersive sound bath featuring Chiron, a 32” planetary gong, to break up and release negative energy and blockages. Named after the father of medical art in Greek mythology, Chiron symbolizes the transformative power of self-healing in us all. The experience then seamlessly flows into sacred sound with native drumming. Drawing upon earth energy and spiritual guidance, we are led through a powerful Shamanic drum journey to discover greater understanding and wisdom in our personal lives. The session concludes in a lengthy sound meditation with the largest of Mark’s singing bowls. Using only large Himalayan Jambati bowls, the intense low frequency vibrations promote deep grounding and restoration.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye covering (optional). Dress comfortably and bring some water to drink. It's preferable not to eat for an hour prior. Register early to secure your space!
