Free Community Class - This Saturday

Saturday, 11/9

4:00-5:00pm

FREE

Led by Marga

Marga has had a deep love for the practice of yoga for over 10 years.  At first, she thought it was just the physical benefits that kept bringing her back to the mat.  But eventually she realized that there was way more to yoga than just the physical.  Yoga calmed her mind & brought tranquility to her spirit.   As a new teacher, the aim for her classes is for the student to leave relaxed, yet energized & exhilarated! Her hope is that her students discover the sublime mind, body, spirit connection that brought her back class after class.

Off the mat, she spends most of her time with her husband and their big, white, fluffy dog daughter, Maya. Marga’s other favorite pastime is gardening, giving love to her roses and she also likes to sing & dance every chance she gets.

Reclaiming the Divine Feminine: A Journey to Sacred Wholeness

We are naturally wise, powerful, and radiant beings, deeply connected to the sacred essence within us. Yet many of us have grown up in a world that has distanced us from our inner gifts and innate wisdom. Over time, we’ve unknowingly shut down parts of ourselves just to survive. But now, we are being called to wake up, remember, and reclaim our true purpose and power, stepping boldly into the place we were always meant to hold in the world.

In this transformative 6-week journey, we will explore the rich and multifaceted nature of the Sacred Feminine through meaningful group discussions, uncovering the powerful roles women have played throughout history, and experiencing guided meditations and womb healings. We will work together to release past pain, heal emotional wounds, and reconnect with our creative power. Each week, thoughtfully crafted journaling prompts will deepen your self-reflection and personal growth. As we walk this path together, we will heal, empower, and rediscover the Divine Feminine within ourselves, reclaiming the strength and wisdom that has always been ours.

Students may join for the full series or simply drop-in.ey is the perfect way to honor the equinox, restore balance, and prepare for the introspective months ahead.

Led by Mark Biehl

For the month of November, we are encouraged to embrace an attitude of Gratitude by appreciating our life as it is right now! Mark Biehl presents a sound healing ceremony to align with the frequencies of abundance and love, send out positive vibrations, and allow all that is good to flow naturally toward us in a harmonious relationship of joyful being. Merging the vibrational energies of over twenty beautifully tuned Himalayan singing bowls, wind gongs, deep drumming, melodious flute and vocal mantra, we are transported into blissful awareness where our own inner light is revealed and new life awakens.

"If you concentrate on finding whatever is good in every situation, you will discover that your life will suddenly be filled with gratitude, a feeling that nurtures the soul." -Harold Kushner

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye covering (optional). Dress comfortably and bring some water to drink. It's preferable not to eat for an hour prior.
