This four-week series is designed for those who have never stepped onto a yoga mat before as well as those seeking to strengthen their yoga foundation. Each class is designed to introduce poses, techniques, and class etiquette a welcoming, zero-pressure environment.
Focus will be given throughout each practice to breathwork, proper alignment, and other key yoga principles. Props (yoga blocks, etc.) will be used to enhance poses and to make each pose accessible to every body. Don't own yoga pants? No problem. Comfortable clothes and a willingness to try new things are the only requirements. (Sense of humor optional, but strongly encouraged.)
By the end of the series, students will have the skills and confidence to move on to more focused and challenging classes.

Reiki Share is also known as Reiki circle or exchange, and is a gathering of Reiki practitioners who participate in group Reiki treatments to offer healing and positive energy to each other. This class is designed for both newbies and current students of Reiki, and fosters the ability to consciously tap into the energetic field to create an environment of healing and strengthening the unity of the mind-body-spirit connection. We will use meditation, pranayama, and Reiki techniques.

Equinox Somatic Movement + Sound Healing Experience

Celebrate the Spring Equinox with a transformative workshop that brings your body, mind, and soul into alignment. We will start with a 45-minute Somatic Activated Movement Session, inspired somatic dance and movement, designed to activate your body, release stagnant energy, restore inner balance, and plant seeds of intention for the season ahead. And end the evening with a deeply restorative sound bath for the ultimate rejuvenation. Join us to reconnect with yourself, come home to your body, and embrace the renewal of Spring in community.
Dress in comfortable clothing that will allow your body to move freely. Bring a water bottle, small hand towel and a yoga mat.

Katie Hutsel is a Reiki Master Teacher, Event Producer, and Soundbath Facilitator. As the visionary behind Elevate Healing Events, she brings over 15 years of experience in the event industry, seamlessly blending her passion for healing with her talent for fostering community. Dedicated to creating safe spaces for the growth and transformation of the mind, body, and soul, Katie specializes in curating premium events, sound baths, and retreats that provide profound and transformative experiences for attendees.
Andrea Lewis is a passionate Somatic Activated Movement Teacher dedicated to helping individuals cultivate mindfulness, self-awareness, and healing through dynamic practices. Andrea's background in education and wellness facilitates transformative group sessions that incorporate somatic movement, rhythmic breathwork, dynamic meditation, and mantras. She is also experienced in working with children, creating and leading a Kids Mindfulness Summer Camp focused on meditation, creative arts, and somatic practices. Andrea's compassionate approach empowers individuals of all ages to connect with their inner selves and embrace their emotional well-being.
