Sanctuary Sound Healing ~ Renewing the Spirit

Led by Mark Biehl

As the new year begins, we joyfully embrace a spirit of Renewal – to live in the present, to go with the flow, open to the limitless potential we each hold. Mark presents a blissful immersion into the world of sound and vibration featuring over 20 Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, indigenous flute and the voice. This uplifting session will also venture into a higher dimension with Chiron, a 32” planetary gong, particularly its atmospheric tonal qualities, and include an expanded medicine drumming and sacred chant ritual of grounding and restoration.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye covering (optional). Dress comfortably and bring some water to drink. It's preferable not to eat for an hour prior.

Replenish with Continuum : A Somatics Workshop

Sunday, 1/26

1:30 - 3:30pm

$30

Led by Beckah

Hibernate and Replenish with Continuum:

A Somatics Practice

Continuum Movement ® (continuummovement.com) is a phenomenal somatics practice devised by Emile Conrad D’oud. Beckah Reed guides one through the various sounds, breaths, lush sensations, and fluid movements in a way that promotes creativity, opening to the very real possibilities of self-healing and innovation in living! The practice invites the letting go of gravity, therefore generally lying on the ground/mat initiates the relaxation process for a quite powerful sound and movement experience. An hour in a “dive” (what the experience is called) can be as effective a work-out as a long walk, run, or bike ride, and tends to be much gentler.

There is no right or wrong, to move or sound ‘correctly’ is not the focus, but instead, learning to trust the wisdom of one’s moving body, listening to its needs and journey, while inviting in the lush, fluid possibilities of ease, mystery, inquiry, and play is the opportunity.
